About Me

Hi!

My name is Laura, and I live in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.

I am primarily a carer to my daughter who has complex needs. However, beneath my superhero cape of special needs mum, I am:

  • Qualified meditation leader (5 years working specifically with children with ASD, ADHD and complex needs) facilitating group sessions,
  • A qualified boost practitioner (which is a unique copper healing treatment focussing on vibration trapped within the body),
  • A sound healer, Rahanni (and Reiki) practitioner and teacher,
  • Psychic medium and Tarot reader.
  • A caring and nurturing woman who is on an exciting transformation of her own
  • Actually inwardly quite shy and struggle with confidence, outwardly trying to navigate perimenopause with limited victims!
  • A bit bonkers in a good way
  • Known to talk a lot
  • Learning to love myself

I am excited to open space for celebrating the divine feminine and recognising each other within a safe environment to be our authentic selves.
