Fragrance Notes:

White Sage, (Salvia Apiana) a plant from the mint family, has been used for centuries. Burning the dry leaves of this sacred herb, bundled into the smudge sticks, is believed to cleanse a space of evil spirits.

Lavender, well known for its medicinal qualities as well as its powers of protection and cleansing, works to soothe and calm people by restoring emotional balance. It opens the heart chakra, thus attracting loving energy. White Sage and Lavender combined in these sticks for a highly aromatic experience, creating a peaceful, harmonious atmosphere and enabling a greater ease of relaxation.

Dragon’s Blood, used to drive away negative energies and create a protection barrier. This bright red resin, produced by different species of trees, bubbles red like blood when heated. The fresh earthy aroma of White Sage blends perfectly in this incense with the warm amber notes of Dragon’s Blood, setting a calming mood and restoring balance to the mind and body.

Both Palo Santo and Copal have been used for thousands of years by indigenous Shamans to heal the body and soul, purify spaces, clear negative energies and to prepare for meditation. While Palo Santo (“Holy Wood” in Spanish), a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America, Copal is a resin, once considered as sacred by the Mayans and Aztecs in Mexico and Central America.
